The 50 pieces on the product page represent 50 square meters. The customer placed the order without any communication. I had clarified to the customer before delivery that the delivery would be 5 rolls (50 square meters) instead of 50 rolls (500 square meters). After receiving the goods, the customer said that the quantity was 9 times less. I agreed him return the goods and give him full refund, but the customer disagreed and asked me to ship an additional 450 square meters (about half a 20FT container). The total payment of this American customer was US$1,100, and it was impossible for him to buy half a container of goods and have it delivered to his door（DDP). So he vented his anger and gave a fake negative review.
